The Relief Sleeve is a stretchable hot and cold gel therapy sleeve designed to provide soothing, targeted comfort for everyday aches, stiffness, and discomfort. Its flexible design allows it to be worn comfortably on knees, elbows, ankles, arms, and calves, making it a versatile addition to your comfort and relief routine.

Made with soft, comfortable fabric and an integrated gel layer, the Relief Sleeve delivers even heat or cooling directly to the affected area while allowing gentle movement.

Sizing

These sleeves are stretchy and designed to fit a wide range of body types.
We stock Small, Medium and Large.

Small: For smaller builds or for forearms and ankles
Medium: Suitable for most people for arms, elbows and knees
Large: Recommeneded for a more relaxed fit, larger builds or knees and thighs.

The model in the photo is wearing a size Medium in all photos.
Medium can fit up to around 90kg depending on where its worn.

Please choose your size carefully based on the body area you intend to use the product on. If you need assistance selecting the most suitable size, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Our products are designed to provide a snug, comfortable fit. Excessive stretching caused by using a size that is too small for the intended body area may place additional stress on the seams and stitching and may affect the longevity of the product.

How To Use

Cold: Place the Relief Sleeve in the fridge or freezer for at least 30 minutes before use.

To keep your sleeve clean we advise to use the zip bag when storing it in the fridge or freezer.

Warm: Place the Relief Sleeve flat in the microwave.
Heat for 30 seconds initially
If additional warmth is needed, heat in 10–15 second increments

Always check the temperature before use
Cooling Instructions

Always check the temperature is comfortable before wearing.

Care & Safety

Do not overheat.
Limit use to 20 minutes at a time.
Always check temperature before use.
Store at room temperature or in the fridge (not freezer).
Spot clean or wipe with a damp cloth. Air dry completely before reusing.
Not recommended for children under 5 without supervision.
